I was very lucky to be able to attend the Richmond Design*Sponge book signing this past week at Anthropologie! I’ve been looking forward to it ever since Grace Bonney announced the book tour months ago. It did not disappoint. The store was crowded with stylish DIY-loving women, D*S books, lots of Anthropologie products, and of course, Grace! It was awesome to meet her and get my book signed. I also bought some cool coasters, since I decided that it was a special night. I’ve always been creative and made things with my hands, but it was the D*S blog that really got me thinking about the DIY movement. It was awesome to meet the girl behind the blog in person!
